Can I exchange a product that I have ordered?

If you have ordered a product but have decided you would like to exchange it, you will have to return the product to us using our returns address.

The item must be in an unopened/unused condition. We will refund you the full amount for the product once we receive it back and we will notify you by email. Re-order your new chosen product via GrillaFitness.com as normal.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all postage costs when returning or exchanging products.
