At Grilla Fitness we may dispatch different items on your order from different warehouse locations, this is typical of Grilla and non Grilla products and also food items, so if your order is made up of several items they may arrive sepearately and within a few days of each other.
If you have received a delivery with a missing item, please wait a few days to see if the other items arrive and if you find they have not, please contact customer services as soon as you can.
Please be advised we need to be notified of any discrepancies within 7 working days.
